School Aged Gymnastics Classes
For Boys & Girls ages 6 and up.
Stars Gymnastics School Age Classes are separated by gender and skill level and are divided into three levels; 

Level 1- Beginner
A 55 min “beginner” class that introduces girls to the foundation of gymnastics on each event.

Level 2- Intermediate 
A 55 min “intermediate” class that builds on the concepts previously taught, and introduces more advanced skills, drills & progressions. 

Level 3- Advanced
A 85 min “advanced” class that brings students into the most advanced level of gymnastics that is offered in the recreational program. Mastery of skills taught through drills, progressions, strength, and flexibility training.
