Stars Gymnastics Class and Facility Policies

Dress Code

All students must wear proper athletic attire for all classes.
Girls: Leotards (no skirts)
Boys and Tumbling: Tank top or compression shirt & athletic shorts
No bare stomachs, buttons, zippers, socks, or jewelry.
All students must have their hair securely tied back in a ponytail, bun, or braid.

Safety

Students MUST be accompanied by a coach on the floor at ALL times.
No parents or spectators are allowed on the gym floor or inside the fenced/roped-off area at any time!
Students who arrive more than 20 minutes late will not be allowed to join class.
Parents are expected to pick up their child on time. You will be charged a minimum of $15/hour if your child is left at the gym 15 minutes after class has been dismissed.

Behavior

All students are expected to listen and follow directions at all times during their class to ensure a positive and safe experience for everyone.
If a child uses foul language, engages in fighting, disrupts class, or is disrespectful to coaches or other students, the coach will use one of the following actions: Verbal redirection/warning
Time out from an activity
Counseling with parent
Possible dismissal from class based on the severity of the behavior

Make up Classes

For each missed class, students are eligible to schedule one (1) make-up class.
To arrange a make-up class, please call the front desk after the missed class and within 7 days of the absence.
Students must be actively enrolled to qualify.
Make-up classes are subject to availability.

Payment Policies:

All payments for tuition are due no later than the first class of each 4-week session.
If registering through the Parent Portal and payment is not been made, I authorize Stars Gymnastics to charge my credit card.
If payment is not made before the 1st class of the 4 week session, my child will be dropped from their class, and re-enrollment will depend on class availability.
A $10.00 convenience fee applies to re-enrollment, in addition to the monthly tuition.
Registration and tuition fees are non-refundable.
Any denied payments will incur returned payment fees.
Tuition can be paid in person, over the phone, or through the Parent Portal.
Stars Gymnastics offers an auto-draft option, where tuition is charged one week before the 1st of the month.
If you wish to discontinue classes, a 2-week notice before the end of the current month is required.
